Spectrum was called in to provide a full quotation to carry out cladding clean on The Mercury Shopping Centre. Cladding had not being cleaned in a long time, and had being weathered and stained from not being maintained. A deep clean was required, after research had being done on the cladding spectrum proposed to abseil onto the cladding and clean the cladding by hand using cladding solutions.
Before providing a quote, spectrum also done a test patch on a small area of the cladding, so that the client could see the results before hand. After the results had being reviewed a full method of work, survey and quotation was prepared.
After the quote was accepted spectrum put in a one week strategy plan to carry out the work, spectrum management updated the shopping centre during the clean, and adapted better and more efficient ways for better results on the cladding all within a tight budget.
The cladding was completed successfully and spectrum staff jet washed footpaths beneath cladding and cleaned any windows that had being effected during the clean.
